Settings
This page gives you all the details for the given team, including member information, plan, and billing details.
General
The Team Name and Team URL are among the general details about the agent that are available on this tab.

Team name
The Team Name is displayed on the dashboard when accessing the team or its agents. Just change the text in the field and click “Save” to change the name.
Team URL
The Team URL shows in the address bar when accessing the team or its agents. Just change the text in the field and click “Save” to change the URL.
Delete team
You can even erase the entire team and all its AI agents by selecting the “Delete” button at the bottom of the page.
Members
This tab displays information about your team members along with the option to manage your subscription plan.

Plan
This tab provides information about all available plans and helps you adjust your current plan. Here, you can view your currently subscribed plan along with the other subscription plans to which you can switch.
Note: When downgrading to another plan, kindly note that your previously created chatbots and their respective data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Billing
This tab shows your billing information, including all previous invoices, the data on the invoices, the payment methods used, and the email addresses that receive copies of the invoices.

Billing details
This area displays your billing information; this information will appear on your invoices. You can modify it as needed and click “Save” to update the details.
Billing email
The email address that will automatically get copies of every invoice for this team is displayed in this area.
Tax ID
If necessary, you can include a tax ID in this field so that it appears on the invoice. You can select from the following two options and enter your tax ID:
- None
- VAT
- GST
Billing method
In this section, you can add payment methods. You can also delete payment methods.
Billing history
In this section, you can see the statuses of all of your previous invoices. Click on an invoice to view it, and you’ll also have the option to download it.
Account Settings
On this page, you can view and manage your user account-related settings.
Here, you can view the email address you use to sign in with. You can update it by clicking the “Update” button as well.
Delete account
Here, you can delete your account from the website by clicking the “Delete your account” button.
Note: Once you delete your account, there is no going back. All your uploaded data and trained agents will be deleted. This action is not reversible
How to create and navigate between multiple Teams
To create multiple teams, the steps are as follows:
1- Click on the Teams dropdown and select the “Create team” option.

2- Enter the Team name and Team URL.

3- Finally, click the “Create” button.

How to create and navigate between multiple Agents
To create multiple agents, the steps are as follows:
1- Click on the Agents dropdown and select the “Create Agent” option or click the “New Agent” button.

2- It will open the chatbot creation link, and when the chatbot is created for the first time or trained, it will be assigned to the respective team.
