This tab provides the Analytics and activities of the AI Agent during the interactions. The tab comprises three sections: Chats, Sentiment, and Topics. By default, it shows the activity for all AI Agents under your team for the last month. You can always filter the start date and end date for the analytics range and by the specific agent.

Chats
It displays the total number of chats, the total number of messages, the total number of users, and the average number of messages per chat. The graph below illustrates the number of active agents. The IP addresses of the people conversing with the AI Agent are used to identify the nations.
Sentiment
This section describes how the AI Agent detects users’ sentiments and emotions during chats. The sentiment analysis is identified automatically by the AI Agent/chatbot.
Topics
This section highlights the subjects that were featured in the chats and mentioned by the users. The following actions can be performed on the topics:
- Search topics
- Add topic
- Edit topic
- Delete topic
The topics are detected automatically by the AI Agent. However, you can add topics manually in the View All button on the right of the page.
