Once you’re satisfied with your AI Agent’s responses, it’s time to make it live! Navigate to the “Connect” sub-menu in the sidebar. Here, you can select whether to make the chatbot agent ready for deployment on your site. Click the “Make Public” button, and a unique script will be generated for the respective chatbot, which you will need to embed in the chatbot for your website.
For example, if you have a WordPress site, you can use a plugin like “Header and Footer Scripts” to place the script in the header.





Note: Disabled chatbots are only available to team members. Anybody with the link can access enabled chatbots that are embedded on websites.
