What to know before you connect Chatflow to the rest of your stack.
Contact supportConnections between your AI chatbot and the other apps your business uses. They let the chatbot answer on more channels, hand chats to your team, create tickets, book meetings, read store data and send leads where they need to go.
Through Zapier. Connect your Chatflow account in Zapier, choose a new lead as the trigger and "create contact" in HubSpot as the action, then map name and email in Zapier's editor. Every lead your agent captures then appears in HubSpot. Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho connect the same way.
Help Scout and Zendesk connect natively, and Slack handles live chat alerts. CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho connect through Zapier, and any custom CRM or helpdesk can receive events through webhooks.
Some integrations do. Shopify and WooCommerce bring your store data into Chatflow. Help Scout and Zendesk receive leads and tickets, Zapier sends new leads, and webhooks send events. Slack works in both directions during a live chat, and API actions let the agent read from your systems.
Only webhooks and API actions, because someone has to build the endpoint. Native integrations and Zapier need no code: click Connect Account, sign in to the app and choose your settings.
Check the Recommendations page in your dashboard. Next to content gaps, it tracks data gaps: questions from real chats that point to a data source your agent isn't connected to yet.
A built-in integration usually takes a few minutes. Your whole chatbot, from sign-up to live, takes about 15 minutes.
